Dearborn Cases Not Available Online

Juvenile cases are confidential under MCL 600.1750. Any case where a court has ordered records sealed will not show in MiCOURT or the Odyssey portal. For an official criminal background check, use the Michigan State Police ICHAT system at apps.michigan.gov/ICHAT. The court systems are not designed or intended for background check purposes and the results should not be used for hiring or licensing decisions.
