Berrien County Court Record Fees and Requests
Berrien County has one of the more detailed fee schedules of any county in this batch. Record checks cost $10 per individual searched. Certified copies cost $11 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. Standard copies are $1 per page. For vital records, the cost is $13 for the first copy and $4 for each additional copy of the same record. If you order vital records through VitalChek by phone, there is a $12.95 service fee on top of the county fees.
