Berrien County 2nd Circuit Court

Berrien County Court Record Fees and Requests

Berrien County has one of the more detailed fee schedules of any county in this batch. Record checks cost $10 per individual searched. Certified copies cost $11 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. Standard copies are $1 per page. For vital records, the cost is $13 for the first copy and $4 for each additional copy of the same record. If you order vital records through VitalChek by phone, there is a $12.95 service fee on top of the county fees.

Include the party's full name, date of birth if requesting a criminal record check, and the date range for the search. Mail requests should include a self-addressed stamped envelope and a check or money order made out to the Berrien County Clerk.
